Giant Valentine Tags created with Stamperia Orchids and Cats Scrapbook Paper. This is my latest listing in my Etsy shop. I have made a set of three tags, although they can also be purchased singly. Although I had Valentine’s Day in mind when I created these, they would also be ideal for any cat lover. I have also entered these into some challenges. Please see below for links.
This is the set of three giant tags. Each one measures approximately 4 inches x 8 inches.
This tag did not need many embellishments as the image was beautiful enough on it’s ow. However I decided to trim the side with gold crepe paper covered with white lace. For a finishing touch I added a cream rose which I had in my stash and a sentiment at the top.

For this tag I used some scrapbook paper from the Stamperia Orchids and Cats. It reminded me of theater scenery so I thought it would go perfectly with my Jane Davenport “Beautiful Dreamer” stamp. It’s beautiful and fitted perfectly with this project.
I decided to gather some tulle which has sequin hearts over it and place it over the stamped tutu.
I finished the tag with some lace, a mulberry paper rose and a sentiment.

This tag took a bit more work as it is a pop-up.
I fussy cut the cat from the scrapbook paper and mounted it on card. I wanted to give it a Valentine feel so I added an MDF wing, which I painted white and covered with glitter kiss. I placed a wooden butterfly button on the top and finished with a rose
I made the flowers with scrapbook paper, gold crepe paper and mulberry rose. I darkened the petals with a pink copic marker.
When the inner tag is pulled the cat sits up and reveals a secret message underneath.
