Alice in Wonderland Pop up Book in a Tin. One of my favorite papers is the Stamperia Alice. I decided to make a pop up book and a diorama all in one. I have listed this in my Etsy Shop.
First of all I made the diorama on the right hand side. It is a scene from the Stamperia Alice scrapbook paper. I then used an Altoid tin insert which I coated with gold gilding paste. To finish I put some blue mulberry paper roses on the tree and in the bottom corner.

This is the diorama which features a Stamperia Alice scene overlaid with an altoid tin insert and mulberry roses
I then made the pop up book. It consists of Alice, the White Rabbit and the Queen of Hearts. Alice and the Queen of Hearts both stand in front of a spiral pop up. In the center is a pop up box with the White Rabbit inside. The book is held in place by a ribbon.

For the front cover of the lid and the book covers, I made my own backing papers using mixed media paper and my Gelli Plate. I finished it with some fussy cuts from the Alice paper. The rims were covered with vintage lace and metal trim.
